Monthly bookkeeping with Stark Bookkeeping Solutions starts at $300 per month. The final price depends on how many accounts you have, your monthly transaction volume, and whether you add payroll or AR and AP management. Cleanup and catch up bookkeeping is quoted as a separate project after a review.

What affects your price
Every business is different, so every quote is too. These are the things that move the number:
- Number of accounts. Each bank account, credit card, and loan gets reconciled.
- Transaction volume. A consultant with 40 transactions a month is simpler than a restaurant with 1,000.
- Payroll. Based on how many people you pay and how often.
- AR and AP. Invoicing, bill entry, and 1099 prep add time each month.
- Complexity. Inventory, multiple locations, or job costing take extra setup and care.
Cleanup and catch up projects
If your books are behind or messy, we start with a one time project to get everything accurate. It's quoted up front after a review, based on how many months and accounts are involved.

Payroll pricing depends on how many employees you have and how often you run payroll. The QuickBooks Payroll subscription is billed separately by Intuit.

With Stark Bookkeeping Solutions, monthly bookkeeping starts at $300 a month. Your exact price depends on the number of bank and credit card accounts, how many transactions you have each month, and whether you need payroll, invoicing, or bill tracking.
Do you charge by the hour?
Ongoing monthly bookkeeping is quoted as a monthly price, so you know what to expect. Cleanup and catch up work is quoted as a project after I review your books.
Is there a contract?
I'll walk you through the terms before we start so there are no surprises. The goal is simple: great bookkeeping you want to keep, not a contract that keeps you.
What's not included in the monthly price?
Payroll, AR and AP management, and cleanup of past months are priced based on your needs and added to your quote. Your QuickBooks Online subscription is billed by Intuit. Tax preparation isn't something I offer; that's handled by your CPA.
